This is the easiest product I've ever used for data conversions. All dictionary changes are automatically tracked and for each change, you get global embeds so you may do any extra work there. It also doubles as a change list. Best of all, its all source code. Most of the time, just make your dct changes and go. No dct options to forget to set, no special conversion only programs to deploy (and forget to).
