Template support.
Fixed:
- Different version of chkax.dll (for C61, 62, 63).
- Fixed constant value in easycom.def file: PICTURE_TRANSPARENT EQUATE(2).

- Checking a license of the COM object (by pressing "Check ProgId" button in the template). Generating license checking in the code.
